Add Youtube Subscribe and Facebook Like Button under Video

It's possible to add custom html showing a facebook Like button and a YouTube Subscribe button under each Video which is embedded with the VideoPost plugin into your site:

To do so add the following code into themes functions.php:

Do not forget to change mashshare.net to your site domains name and to change YOURYTCHANNEL to your youtube channel name.
Than put this code into your themes style.css:
