Create mailing list subscribe form
The easiest way to embed a subscribe form in the Mashshare subscribe slide down box is to use a third party mailing plugin like " mailpoet" or a mail service like aweber or mailchimp. They deliver ready to use HTML snippets which can be pasted into Mashshare's Subscribe Content formular.
If you are using "mailpoet" this is an example code borrowed from Mashshare.net including a Facebook like button. Than paste the code into the additional content formular in Mashshare->Settings->Visual-Customize: 
Alternatively you can create a new page on your blog and integrate a subscribe formular there. Than just link the Mashshare subscribe button to that page:
